To cancel your Favorites Rewards membership, visit your account settings from your online account or contact Customer Service with your cancellation request.

To cancel online, sign in with your member credentials at Favoritesrewards.com/sign-in. Once you've signed in, click “Account” on your main menu, then select “Cancel Membership” from the dropdown. Follow the instructions provided to finalize your cancellation request.

To cancel through Customer Service, you can call us 24/7 at 833-539-0412. You can also email your cancellation request to [email protected] or submit your request online.

Once you cancel your membership, you'll have access to your member benefits until the end of your monthly membership term. After you cancel, you'll receive a check for the remaining balance stated in your Savings as of the last day of your membership term.

Earning 10% back at Platinum Brands is easy!

After you have made your purchase from one of our Platinum Brands, submit a rebate claim through the mail or online at Favoritesrewards.com.

Submit your claim online:

• Visit the “Rebates” page on Favoritesrewards.com and fill out and submit the electronic rebate form within 90 days of your purchase.
• Submit or email your proof-of-purchase documentation, along with your claim number (for online submissions only), to [email protected].
• Online submissions will appear in your Savings upon verification and processing, which can take 2-4 weeks.

Submit your claim by mail:

• Send your proof-of-purchase documentation, along with your clearly written name, address, and phone number to Favorites Rewards Rebates, P.O. Box 290728, Wethersfield, CT 06129-0728, within 90 days of your purchase.
• Mailed submissions will appear in the Savings upon approval, which can take 2-4 weeks from the postmark date of your submission.

Please note that 10% Cash Back claims must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date. Within 2-4 weeks of our receipt of your Platinum form and supporting documentation, we'll verify your rebate and apply your 10% back to your Savings. Better yet, you can earn 10% back on an unlimited number of eligible purchases throughout your membership year!

After you make a purchase from one of our Platinum Brands, we take 10% of your purchase total and add it to your Favorites Rewards Savings.

The amount for 10% Cash Back is based on your final, qualifying purchase total after any and all discounts or promo codes are applied. Your purchase total does not include gift card purchases or money orders as well as purchases using a retailer's bill-pay service.

Once we receive your Platinum form and supporting documentation, we'll verify your rebate and add the amount to your Savings within 2-4 weeks. We will mail you a check for your total approved Savings every week.

Shipping Rebates on purchases from our Platinum Brands are not automatically applied to your Savings. If you paid for shipping on a purchase from our Platinum Brands, submit a rebate claim to get reimbursed for those charges.

To submit a rebate claim, sign into your member account and click “Rebates” on your main menu. Then, carefully follow the instructions provided to submit your claim. Please read the Shipping & Return Shipping FAQs below for further details.

Once we receive your claim and proof-of-purchase documentation, we'll review your claim and apply it to your Favorites Rewards Savings.

Favorites orders made 60 days prior to your active member date are eligible for 10% cash back. To qualify for other 10% Cash Back, you must be an active Favorites Rewards member at the time of your purchase. Only merchandise purchases from our Platinum Brands are eligible for 10% Cash Back. Gift card purchases, money orders as well as purchases using a retailer's bill-pay service, and other fees are not included in your 10% Cash Back savings. Favorites purchases made on third-party sites are not eligible for 10% Cash Back. All purchases must be made directly from our Platinum Brands to qualify for 10% Cash Back.

The MarketPlace includes 1,500+ popular retailers eligible for 5% Cash Back, Shipping Rebates, and Return Shipping rebates with your Favorites Rewards membership.

To visit the MarketPlace, sign into your online account and click “Shop” on your main menu, then click “Shop MarketPlace” from the dropdown.

You can earn 5% Cash Back at MarketPlace retailers when you shop online, in-store, over the phone, or by mail order. As a Favorites Rewards member, you can save up to $1,000 per 12-month membership period with 5% Cash Back on your MarketPlace purchases. Here's how:

How to receive 5% Cash Back through the Favorites Rewards portal

Shop online through the Favorites Rewards portal to earn 5% Cash Back automatically. If you shop at MarketPlace retailers outside the Favorites Rewards portal, whether online, in-store, or by mail order, your 5% Cash Back will not be automatic. However, you can still submit a rebate claim to earn 5% Cash Back on those purchases.

How to receive 5% Cash Back outside of the Favorites Rewards portal

You can earn 5% Cash Back on your in-store, online (not through the Favorites Rewards portal), phone, and mail order purchases, too. Simply shop at an eligible MarketPlace retailer and submit a rebate claim to earn 5% Cash Back. You can submit your rebate claim online from your Favorites Rewards account or mail in your rebate claim and proof of purchase instead.

Please note that 5% Cash Back claims must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date. Within 2-4 weeks of our receipt of your claim form and supporting documentation, we'll verify your rebate and apply your 5% back to your Savings.

How to receive 5% Cash Back on travel

As a member, you can earn 5% Cash Back on flight, hotel, rental car, and other travel reservations made through your Favorites Rewards account.

Start by visiting the “Travel & Vacations” category in the MarketPlace to view a list of travel merchants. Select a merchant from the list and click through the links to visit the merchant’s website. Simply complete your reservation in the new browser tab that opens to earn 5% Back.

For travel reservations made at merchants outside the program’s online MarketPlace, simply submit a rebate claim with your proof-of-purchase documentation to earn 5% Cash Back.

5% Cash Back earned on travel reservations is paid out after your trip is complete and payment has been processed by the merchant you booked with. Your earnings will be applied to your Savings Center and included in your next payout.

Gasoline purchases are not eligible for 5% Cash Back.

When your purchase ships, automatic cash back earnings will appear on your Savings page within approximately 5-7 days. For any rebates, once we receive your supporting documentation, we'll verify your rebate and add the amount to your Savings within 2-4 weeks. We will mail you a check for your total approved Savings every week.

5% Cash Back is added to your Savings after you make an eligible MarketPlace purchase. The amount for 5% Cash Back is based on your final, qualifying purchase subtotal after any and all discounts or promo codes are applied. Your purchase subtotal does not include taxes, shipping fees, or any other added fees at checkout.

You must be an active Favorites Rewards member at the time of your purchase. As a member, you are eligible to earn a maximum of $1,000 in Cash Back every 12-month membership period from MarketPlace and Everyday Savings purchases combined. One purchase per MarketPlace retailer per day is eligible for 5% Cash Back. Gift card purchases, money orders, or purchases made using a MarketPlace retailer's bill-pay service are not eligible for 5% Cash Back.

Some MarketPlace retailers have their own restrictions for 5% Cash Back eligibility. To view restrictions for a specific retailer, visit the MarketPlace from your member account and click a retailer to view its page. Any orders returned or cancelled will not be eligible for 5% Cash Back.

As a Favorites Rewards member, you can earn 5% Cash Back when you shop for day-to-day items and services at retailers outside of the MarketPlace.

Earn savings on purchases made in the following categories:

• Grocery
• Restaurants, dining, takeout
• Travel
• Pet purchases and services (grooming, daycare, vet, etc.)
• Home services (lawn care, repairs, maintenance)
• Car services (repairs, maintenance, etc.)
• Beauty services (hair care, nail care, etc.)

To earn 5% Cash Back with Everyday Savings, you'll need to submit a rebate claim and valid proof-of-purchase documentation. Visit the Rebates page to submit a claim online or mail your claim for 5% Cash Back.

Submit your claim online:

1. Sign into your Favorites Rewards account.
2. On your main menu, click “Rebates.”
3. Select the “5% Cash Back” rebate type and enter your purchase information.
4. Submit or email your proof of purchase to [email protected]. Be sure to paste your claim number into the subject line of your email.

Submit your claim by mail:

Please note that all rebate claims must be submitted within 90 days of your purchase. Once we receive your mailed proof-of-purchase documentation, we'll review your claim. Once your claim is approved, we'll add your rebate to your Savings. This may take 2-4 weeks from submission to show in your Savings.

As a Favorites Rewards member, you can submit rebate claims to get reimbursed for your shipping and return shipping charges.

You can claim an unlimited number of Standard Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates on purchases from our Platinum Brands.

For MarketPlace purchases, you can claim both Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates of up to $10 per purchase. With your membership, you are eligible to claim up to $500 in Shipping Rebates and $500 in Return Shipping rebates on MarketPlace purchases every 12-month membership period.

You can claim unlimited Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates on purchases from our Platinum Brands and get fully reimbursed for those charges. As long as you provide valid proof of purchase with every rebate claim, you'll receive a rebate for those standard shipping charges in the form of a check.

You can claim Shipping Rebates of up to $10 per purchase when you shop at MarketPlace retailers. For example, if you paid $15 in shipping fees on a single MarketPlace purchase, you'll receive a $10 Shipping Rebate as part of your weekly check. You're eligible to claim up to $500 in Shipping Rebates on MarketPlace purchases every 12-month membership period.

In-store purchases from MarketPlace retailers are only eligible for Shipping Rebates if the store you purchased from orders the item and you're charged for shipping as part of your purchase.

You can submit your Shipping and Return Shipping Rebate claims online or by mail. Here's how:

Please note that to be eligible for Shipping Rebates, your claims must be submitted within 90 days of your original purchase date. Approved rebates are normally added to your Savings total within 2-4 weeks of submission.

Yes, you must submit rebate claims within 90 days of your original purchase date. Claims submitted after the 90-day mark will not be approved for reimbursement.

Proof of purchase is a form of documentation that validates your payment for any given purchase. You must provide a valid form of proof of purchase with every rebate claim submitted.

Examples of valid proof of purchase include:

• A sales receipt
• An order confirmation page
• An order confirmation email
• A packing slip

Please note that to claim a return shipping rebate, you must submit two forms of documentation with your claim: proof of your original purchase and proof of your return shipping charge.

For online claims, you can submit or email your proof-of-purchase documentation to [email protected]. You'll be given a unique claim number to include with your submission. Simply copy and paste your claim number into the subject line of the email with your proof of purchase attached.
